Organised as part of Gluten Free Fortnight, you’ll pick up tips on how to adapt regular recipes and easy shortcuts to successful baking.
Whether or not you currently follow a gluten-free diet, our ‘demo and taster’ event will introduce you to a range of versatile gluten free ingredients including polenta, rice, gram and almond flour.
There will also be an opportunity to taste a selection of delicious gluten free food made from Forth Valley’s finest produce.
